We went on vacation to Siesta Key and found Cafe Venice on TripAdvisor. We read the great reviews and decided to give it a chance. We were not disappointed at all. The service was fabulous from start to finish. The food was also great. We had several seafood dishes and the veal; everything was delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for quality food and good service at a fair price.

This is a well managed restaurant with attentive service and excellent food. On this visit, all four of us enjoyed our dinner (which included bread, but not salad) selecting 4 different entrees: salmon, pork, chicken and a seafood pasta medley. The sauces are flavorful, interesting presentation and portion size just right. You can get larger portions in other nearby restaurants, but the preparation here is great. If asked, they will assist with wine selection based on the selected entrée and your wine preferences. Wine list is a little pricey, but has several offerings at $31 a bottle. We have dined here several times on other visits to Venice plus twice on this trip and will return again and again. HWtraveler |
